Selection & Preparation
We begin by handpicking wooden panels based on their grain, natural lines, and texture. Each surface is thoughtfully cleaned, treated, and prepared to retain its organic charm. We believe the wood is not just a base but a collaborator—it adds character and direction to every piece. Preparing the wood properly ensures it becomes a stable canvas that holds the integrity of the final artwork. This foundational step sets the tone for the entire creative journey that follows.
Concept & Composition
Our concepts are born from inspiration—whether drawn from nature, emotion, or abstract thought. We spend time visualizing how the natural wood patterns can become part of the design. Each composition is carefully mapped, balancing form and flow while leaving space for spontaneity. We allow our instincts to guide us, creating works that feel organic yet intentional. It’s not just planning—it’s a conversation between the material and the imagination.
Painting & Stitching
Paint is applied in thoughtful layers, allowing colors to merge with the wood’s inherent tones. This interaction brings a subtle harmony that’s both visual and emotional. We also introduce hand-stitched details directly onto the wood—an Evolett signature technique. These tactile embellishments add contrast, pattern, and a human touch. Stitching on wood is delicate and deliberate, weaving texture into the narrative and enriching the visual depth.
Installation
The installation of this bespoke wooden artwork is done with care and attention to detail. Every step, from measuring and aligning to securing the piece, is carried out to ensure it fits perfectly within its space. The placement was chosen to complement the surroundings, allowing the natural grains and tones of the wood to stand out beautifully. Lighting and angles are considered so the artwork could be appreciated in its full depth and detail. More than just putting it on the wall, the installation is about making it feel like a natural part of the room—adding warmth, character, and a touch of timeless style.
